Yay or Nay? | Birkenstock Sandals

Also anfangs war ich ja skeptisch. Seeeehr skeptisch. Denn es ist ja kein Geheimnis: Birkenstocks haben keinen guten Ruf, konnten bisher niemals mit den Worten "modisch" oder "hip" in Verbindung gebracht werden und lösen bei uns eher Horrorbilder im Kopf aus. Tennissocken, Cargoshorts, sonnenhut und Birkenstocks. Sogar unsere Eltern und Großeltern trauen sich damit nur noch in den Garten. Fakt ist jedoch, dass die Treter so verdammt bequem sind, dass meine Mutter sogar meinen Verwandten in Ägypten jedes Jahr ein Paar mitbringen muss. Hässlich aber bequem? 
Als es diesen Sommer dann hieß "Birkenstocks sind wieder voooll in" konnte ich nur den Kopf schütteln. Wieso nur?! Dann erblickte ich ejdoch die ersten Birkenstocks auf der Straße und war  irgendwie positiv überrascht. Birkenstocks gibt es nämlich jetzt in frischen, bunten Farben und sogar in Metallictönen! Ich finde, vorallem die Zehentrenner machen richtig was her. Dem ursprünglichen Stil mit der braunen, orthopädischen Sohle sind sie aber treu geblieben. Dass Birkenstocks nach 250 Jahren noch ein Revival erleben, hätte wohl niemand gedacht. Stylisch und meega bequem - So sollten eigentlich alle Schuhe sein.
Von daher gibt's von mir ein YAY! für Birkenstocks.

At first I was sceptical. Veery sceptical. It's no secret: Birkenstock sandals do not enjoy a very good reputation when it comes to fashion. They rather create terrifying pictures in our heads when we think of them. Tennis socks, cargo shorts, a sun hat and Birkenstock sandals.  Even our parents and grand parents only dare to wear them in the garden. Fact is, however, that my mum is asked to bring every year some pairs to my family in Egypt. Ugly but super comfy?
So when this summer, we were told that Birkenstocks are fashionable this season, I only could shake my head. WHY?! But then I noticed the first Birkenstocks on the streets and I must admit, I was quite positively surprised. You can find Birkenstocks now in neon colours or even in metallic! I think the toe seperators are actually really nice! Still, Birkenstock sticks to their all-known style with the brown, orthopedic brown sole. Who would have thought that after 250 years, Birkenstocks would get back into style? Stylish and super comfy - thats how a shoe but be. 
That's why I'm shouting out a YAY! for Birkenstocks!

My favourite Shops #2 - ASOS

Weiter geht's mit meinen favourite Shops! ASOS ist wohl möglich mein aller liebster (Online-)Shop! Ich finde dort wirklich immer etwas, egal aus welchem Bereich. Die Auswahl ist einfach soo riesig und dadurch dass Marken wie Monki, New Look, Oasis, Cheap Monday uvm. dort vertreten sind, kann man einfach alles aufeinmal kaufen und muss nicht jedes Mal aufs neue Versandkosten bei den Shops zahlen. Außerdem bietet ASOS kostenlosen Versand und obwohl Normalversand ca 6. Tage dauern soll, kommen die Sachen bei mir meistens schon nach 3-4 Tagen. 
Ich weiß noch vor ein paar Jahren als ich ASOS entdeckt habe - Damals stand ASOS noch für "As Seen On Stars" und im Fokus stand halt, dass man Klamotten nachkaufen konnte, in denen Promis gesichtet wurden - nur halt in günstiger ;) Aber über die Jahre hat ASOS dieses Konzept abgelegt und ist jetzt eins der größten Online-Shops weltweit. 
Und oh man, beim raussuchen der Sachen war es echt schwer nicht selber zuzuschlagen, vor allem weil die Preise oft einfach total in Ordnung gehen, vorallem wenn einem so ein tolles, außergewöhnliches Stück geboten wird...
Seid ihr auch solche ASOS Fans?

Next shop on my list of favourite shops is ASOS, which is propably my most favourite one! I always find something nice there, no matter what I am searching for - No wonder, with this huge variety its hard not to like something! I also love that they also offer brands like Monki, New Look, Oasis or Cheap Monday - like this you can simply order once instead of paying the shipping costs in each and every shop. So in ASOS, shipping is for free and the stuff always arrives after only 3-4 days. 
I remember when I first discovered ASOS it still had a totally different concept, as the name stood for "As Seen On Stars". So they sold stuff, celebrities where spotted in, just for a reasonable price. But over the years, ASOS just became a huuuge online shop, one of the biggest worldwide.
And oh man, was it hard not to buy anything while I was making this post!!

Feature | Jolie Streetstyles August

Wie ihr vielleicht bereits auf anderen Blogs oder selbst in der Jolie gesehen habt, wurden viele Blogger in der Streetstyle Ausgabe gefeatured! Mit dabei ist auch ein Look von mir und natürlich habe ich mich riesig gefreut neben den ganzen anderen tollen Blogs abgedruckt zu werden! Das ist bereits mein zweites Feature in einem Print-Medium und es ist immer wieder toll sich selbst darin zu sehen. Die Magazine werden natürlich alle bis in die Ewigkeit aufbewahrt :D
Ansonsten ist es bald so weit, am Samstag ziehe ich entgültig nach Maastricht um und werde am Wochenende super beschäftigt damit sein, die Wohnung mit meinen Mitbewohnerinnen auf Vordermann zu bringen und die letzten Sachen zu erledigen damit ich mich auch direkt wohl fühlen kann. Am 19. geht dann auch schon die INKOM los. Das ist die Einführungswoche der Uni, in der unter anderem eine Menge Partys auf'm Plan stehen! Ich bin auf jeden Fall super gespannt was mich erwarten wird und auf wen ich so treffen werde. Ich versuche die Tage mal ein paar Outfits im voraus zu schießen, damit in der Zeit auch mein Blog gut versogt wird :)

Again, I was featured in a print magazine! This time in the Streetstyle Issue of Jolie and I am sooo happy about that! It's been my second feature so far and its always so unbelieveable that I have actually made it in a real magazine. Plus its nice to have so many, lovely bloggers featured with me! Of course, I will keep those magazines forever! :)
Anyway, on saturday is my big day: I am moving to Maastricht with my two roomates! It will be a really busy weekend, as we still have to do so many things to finally make the apartment our new home. And on the 19th the INKOM starts, which is an introductory week. I'm so excited about what will happen and about all the people I am going to meet. And to keep my blog up to date, I will take some outfit pictures in advance for you :)

Outfit | Running Shorts combined in a chic way

Kürzlich habe ich euch ja einen  "All-Over-Print Sporty-Look" gezeigt, der auch diese Laufshorts von Chicwishbeeinhaltete. Hierkönnt ihr ihn nochmal sehen.
Auf jeden Fall hab ich ja behauptet, dass ich finde man könne solche sportlichen Laufshorts auch in einer schicken Art und Weise kombinieren. Getan hab ich dies mit einem Boyfriend Blazer, einer weißen Bluse und Riemchensandalen. Im Nachhinein frage ich mich, wieso ich keine Kette anhatte, die wäre nämlich ganz passend gewesen.
Außerdem muss ich mich für die schlechte Quali der Bilder und meinen grimmigen Gesichtsausdruck entschuldigen. Die Sonne schien einfach so krass an dem Tag, dass ich nicht anders gucken konnte. Achja, und meine Haare haben an dem Tag auch genervt, sodass im Endeffekt Bilder mit und ohne Zopf entstanden sind :P Alles nur so suboptimal, aber ich wollte euch das Outfit dennoch gerne zeigen.

A while ago I showed you an "all-over-print sporty-look" also including these running shorts from chicwish. I claimed, that its possible to combine such sporty shorts in a chic way and here is my example: With a boyfriend blazer, a white blouse and ankle strap sandals. After all, I wished I wore a necklace with it.
And I need to say sorry for the bad quality of the pictures and my grumpy face! The sun was just so strong that day :/ Oh and my hair was so annoying that day, that I braided it in the end and so we took pictures with open and braided hair... Anyway, I still wanted to show you the outfit and hope you like it!

Outfit | Roses and Petrol at the "Beach"

Heyyy ich melde mich nur ganz schnell mit einem Outfitpost, ich hab noch soo viel zutun, denn morgen um 9 Uhr gehts ab nach Maastricht! Das Wochenende wird auch so voll mit Arbeit sein: Zuerst muss alles blitzblank geputzt werden, denn sonst kann ich mich nicht wohl fühlen und dann wird noch zuende eingerichtet uuuund schließlich werde ich den spaßigen Teil genießen: Dekorieren! Außerdem muss ich mich um etliche andere Dinge wie Strom, Internet, Telefon, Einwohnermeldeamt usw. usf. kümmern - So ein Umzug bringt echt so viele Faktoren mit sich an die man denken muss... Ich freue mich schon wenn alles geregelt und fertig ist... Ich werd mich aber hoffentlich bald wieder mit einem Post melden, sobald ich Zeit finde :) Kanns kaum glauben, dass ich wirklich auswandere, haha :)

Heyy I just wanted to show you an outfit real quick, as I still have soo many things to do before I leave tomorrow in the morning for Maastricht! The weekend is going to be full of work: First of all, everything needs to be precisely cleaned, because otherwise I cannot feel home. Then we will build up the last furniture and at the end the fun part: decorating! Moreover, there are so many other things I have to keep in mind doing the next days: electricity supply, telephone, internet, registration at the city council - A relocation really brings much more work with it than I thought! But, I'm absolutely looking forward to the point when everything is finished and living can start. 
I hope to find time in the next days for another post to keep you updated :)

Outfit | Sequin Top and Leather

Schon 6 Tage nicht gebloggt - Das ist ja ein richtiger Entzug für mich gewesen! Ich hätte niemals gedacht, dass das Bloggen so krass zu meinem Leben dazu gehören würde, dass ich nicht mal eine Woche überstehen kann, ohne ans Bloggen zu denken. Jedoch hätte ich mich natürlich viel früher schon gemeldet, aber komischerweise will mein Laptop hier in Maastricht nicht mit dem Internet connecten, sodass ich mir jetzt einfach den Laptop von meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin geschnappt habe um schnell meinen Blog zu aktualisieren. Immerhin habe ich extra ein paar Outfits vorbereitet ... 
Zur Zeit befinde ich mich also mitten in der INKOM, der Einführungswoche der Uni Maastricht - und ich bin einfach überwältigt von dem Programm und all den Aktivitäten. Ich muss zugeben, das ist echt nicht vergleichbar mit den Einführungswochen in Deutschland ... die ganze Stadt wird hier auf den Kopf gestellt und es geht nur um uns neue Studenten. Ich glaube, ich bin hier richtig. Jetzt muss mir nur noch das Studium gefallen! :D

It's been 6 days since the last time I blogged - That really is a withdrawal for me! I've never thought that one day blogging would play such a big role in my life, that I even couldnt spend a week without thinking of blogging. And I would have blogged much earlier if I have had the possibility, but somehow my laptop doesnt want to connect to the internet over here in Maastricht, and thats why I grabed my roomate's laptop for now. I mean, I even prepared some outfits, therefore I want to show them to you guys! 
So at the moment I am right in the middle of the INKOM - the introduction week for all new students at Maastricht University, and honestly I am so impressed of the great program and of the city! I think I am really in the right place here... now only the studies have to be the right for me, of which I'm optimistic though :)

My favourite Shops #3 - ZARA

Natürlich darf ZARA bei meinen Lieblingsshops nicht fehlen. Das wurde mir vor allem heute nochmal klar, als ich die Herbstkollektion im Laden entdeckt habe... Oh man, ich hätte echt mein ganzes Geld dort lassen können! Herbstmode ist aber auch einfach meine Lieblingsmode, da vorallem dunkle Farben und feste Stoffe wie Denim oder Leder im Fokus stehen - Absolut mein Ding! Herbsttechnisch brauch mein Kleiderschrank auf jeden Fall ein Upgrade, perfekt also, dass es für mich in der kommenden Woche für 3 Tage nach Rotterdam geht! Ich freue mich schon sehr, die Tage mit einem Bruder und meiner Mum zu verbringen, bevor mein Studium losgeht. Ein Haul und Fotos werden dann sicherlich auch folgen. 
In der Zeit wo ich in Rotterdam bin, werden übrigens tolle Gastposts hier stattfinden! Noch eine Hungerphase darf mein Blog nämlich nicht erleiden :'( hihi.

Of course one particular shop shouldnt be missing on my "favourite shops"- List: ZARA! Just today I've been there to take a look at their new autumn collection and honestly, I could have left all my money there! Maybe its also because I just love autumn-fashion: Dark colours and solid materials like denim or leather - absolutely my thing! Conclusion: My closed needs an upgrade! So its more than perfect that next week I will spend 3 days in Rotterdam with my mum and brother before my studies will start. A haul and photos will surely be provided then ;) 
Oh and expect some cool posts from the finest guest-bloggers while I'm in Rotterdam! :)

[How to style] Jumpsuits

Hallo ihr Lieben,

da unsere liebe Ranim zur Zeit ziemlich viel um die Ohren hat und sich erst einmal in ihrer neuen Heimat zurecht finden muss, hat sie mich gebeten, ihr ein wenig unter die Arme zu greifen und einen Gastpost zu verfassen, damit ihr hier dennoch etwas zu lesen bekommt. Gesagt, getan. Bei so einem netten Angebot lass' ich mich doch nicht zweimal bitten. Aber erst einmal zu meiner Person. Ich bin Yasmin, 22 Jahre und der ein oder andere mag mich vielleicht vom Blog Inlovewith kennen. Wie Ranim bin auch ich ein absolutes Modemächen, weswegen ihr heute einen kleinen Outfitpost zu sehen bekommt. Los gehts!

Neben Streifen, Neonfarben, destroyed Denimshorts und Prints hat sich ein Teil in meinem Kleiderschrank einen Platz in meinem Modeherz gesichert: der Jumpsuit. Mag er für einige als "Riesenstrampler" durchgehen, ist er für andere einfach der absolute Allrounder, so auch für mich. Wenn es mal wieder schnell gehen muss, ich vor dem Schrank stehe mit diesem Gefühl, nichts zum Anziehen zu haben und das alltägliche Klamottenchaos ausbricht, war der Jumpsuit für mich in letzter Zeit immer der rettende Helfer. Er ist unkompliziert, leicht zu kombinieren und bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten, egal ob lässig oder schick. Deswegen möchte ich euch heute ein paar meiner Lieblingsmodelle vorstellen und gleichzeitig in einem Outfit zeigen, wie ich den Einteiler diesen Sommer kombiniert habe. 






Und hier seht ihr noch einmal eine Variante, die ich so tagsüber sehr gerne trage, um schnell ein paar Erledigungen zu machen.

[How to style] Gemusterte Shorts

Hallo ihr lieben Leser von theperfectdisease,
ich habe heute die Ehre nach der lieben Yasmin, die euch toll gezeigt hat wie vielfältig Jumpsuits sind, auch einen Gastpost bei Ranim zum Thema How to style für euch zu machen. Ich stelle mich erst einmal kurz vor. Ich heiße Cruz, bin 21 Jahre alt und blogge seit knapp einem Jahr auf meinem Mode-Blog Bucovinaa- Es macht wirklich viel Spaß und ich kann sagen das es mittlerweile mehr als nur ein "Hobby" geworden ist. Wenn euch mein Gastpost gefällt dürft ihr gerne mal in meinen Outfit-Inspirationen stöbern. Nun zum Outfit: Diesen Look habe ich Anfang des Jahrs in Mallorca getragen. Es ist wirklich mein Lieblings Sommerlook geworden. Ich finde die gemusterte Shorts besonders toll. Durch ihre Vielfalt von Farben, kann man wirklich alles dazu matchen, wie ich immer zusagen pflege. Aber lasst euch selbst überraschen :-)

[ How to ] be ein absoluter Pechvogel

Die reizende Ranim ist nicht was wohl bedeuten würde, dass ihr mit etwas weniger spektakulärem Vorlieb nehmen müsst. Das wäre in diesem Fall : ICH.

Ich würde euch jetzt gern die Geschichte erzählen wie ich ein Gastpost für die liebe Ranim erstellen durfte.
Da sollte natürlich was ganz besonderes her. 
Und deshalb habe ich gestern fast 4 Stunden an einem Video gearbeitet bis mein PC meinte:
"Haha, not today darling" 
Und weg war der Traum von Hollywood und somit auch ein gescheiter Post für eine meiner Lieblingsbloggerin.
Jetzt stehe ich hier am schlechtesten von uns dreien und bringe die wahrscheinlich schäbigste Almose in Form eines Outfitsposts, der mir schon so sehr leid tut, dass ich gar nicht mehr zu sagen will.
Hoffen wir einfach, dass unsere Lieblingsschönheit so schnell wie möglich wiederkommt und sich nicht die Arme über den Kopf schlägt sobald sie das sieht.

Um etwas Belance zu den zwei vorherigen Schönheiten zu bilden kommt hier mal ein sehr einfacher und dennoch verspielter Look. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern wann ich das letzte mal Zöpfe getragen habe, aber ich dachte mir, dass es zu der Combi nicht ganz so albern wirkt. Ich hoffe es gefällt euch.

Outfit | Lady in Red: Heart Cut-Out Dress

Daaa bin ich wieder! Drei Tage habe ich mit meinem Bruder und meiner Mum in Rotterdam verbracht: Das hatten wir ihr nämlich zum Geburtstag geschenkt. Wir hatten echt eine tolle Zeit, es war wirklich schön mal wieder Family Time zu genießen, auch wenn mein Dad leider nicht mitkonnte. Rotterdam an sich hat uns jedoch nicht wirklich gefallen. Es ist nunmal eine nicht so schöne Hafenstadt mit viel Industrie und weniger eine romantisch-verspielte Stadt wie andere holländische Städte... Aber schließlich kommt es ja auf die Gesellschaft an :) Ich werde wahrscheinlich bald einen Instagram-Post machen und dann noch ein paar Bilder aus Rotterdam mit einfügen.
Soo und nun zu meinem Outfit... Ich liebe dieses rote Kleid! Die Farbe, der Schnitt und auch das feste Material! Ich finde nämlich, dass so Skaterkleider aus dünnem Jersey-Stoff nicht wirklich der Figur schmeicheln, sondern eher kleine Problemzonen zusätzlich betonen...
Achja, und ich bin so froh, dass Yasmin, Cruz und Mali in der Zwischenzeit sich um meinen Blog gekümmert haben! Eure Posts sind so klasse geworden und ich bin froh genau euch gefragt zu haben. Vielen Dank !!

Heere I am again! I've spent three days with my brother and my mum in Rotterdam: That was our birthday present for her. We really had amazing qualitiy time with the family, even though unfortunately my dad couldn't make it. Well, Rotterdam itsself isnt really what I would call a nice city... its very industrial and also shoppingwise its not that great. But in the end, all that counts is who you are with, so therefore it was a great trip! I may do an Instagram post with some photos though.
Now, to my outfit: I love this red dress! The colour, the cut, the material! Its just perfect.
Oh, and thanks so much to my lovely blogger ladies Yasmin, Cruz and Mali who took care of my blog while I was gone. I think they all did an amazing job and I'm happy that I asked them!

Retrospective | Outfits August

Ein Monat ist schon wieder rum. Kaum zu glauben, dass der Sommer 2013 zumindest kalendarisch jetzt vorbei ist... Ich seh's schon. Bald ist schon wieder Weihnachten, Silvester und dann 2014! Ahh - naja okay genug Panik geschoben. Man soll ja den Moment leben, auch wenn für dieses Jahr kein Weltuntergang angesagt wurde. 
Ich freue mich aber jetzt erstmal auf die Herbstmode... eine Wishlist dazu wird die Tage folgen :) 
Achjaaa und eine Roomtour ist auch in Planung, sobald mein Zimmer komplett fertig ist.

Again, a whole month has passed by so quickly. Its really shocking that(at least according to the calendar) the summer of 2013 is over... and soon there is christmas and silvester and ahhh 2014?! Its just crazy... but enough panicking. Sorry.
Anyway, before all that arrives, Im really looking forward to this autum's fashion! A wishlist will follow in the next days :)
Oh yea, and a roomtour through my new appartment will follow too, as soon as I got everything done here!

Outfit | Distressed Denim Skirt and Striped Crop Top

Heute gibt es ein weiteres Outfit, welches ich letzte Woche in Rotterdam anhatte. Denim, Schwarz, Weiß und Streifen - All meine Lieblingstrends treffen aufeinander und genau deshalb liebe ich dieses Outfit! Und sobald der Herbst kommt, werd ich wohl einfach eine Strumpfhose und einen Strickcardigan dazu kombinieren. 
Jedenfalls befinde ich mich gerade (fast) am Ende meiner ersten Uniwoche. Ich muss zugeben, man wird hier richtig gut in alles eingewiesen und man bekommt viel erklärt damit man die ganzen Portale versteht, die für die Selbstorganisation des Studiums wichtig sind. Womit ich aber nicht gerechnet habe, ist dass wir in der ersten Woche direkt so viele Assignments und Kapitel zu lesen aufbekommen. Die Uni will einem wirklich von vorne rein klar machen, dass man sich reinhängen muss und lernen muss seine Zeit gut einzuteilen. Doof nur, wenn man direkt am Anfang auch noch krank wird, so wie ich. Ich freue mich auf jeden Fall schon auf das Wochenende, damit ich mich endlich etwas auskurieren kann. Aber wisst ihr was? Ich glaube ich bin hier richtig. Und sobald ich mich organisiert habe und nicht mehr krank bin, kann es auch so richtig los gehen :)

Today I want to show you another outfit I wore last week in Rotterdam. Denim, Black, White and Stripes - all of my favourite trends combined in one look. No wonder than, that I'm in love with that outfit! And when autumn comes, I'll just wear tights and a knit cardigan with it. Perfect!
So right now I am (almost) at the end of my first week at uni and I need to admit that the uni really manages well to give us an introduction and explain to us how everything will work here and also how the online platforms we will need for our self-organisation function. But what I did not expect is the huge amount of exercises we already have to do  and chapters we have to read! They really want to make sure right from the start that this isnt going to be easy and that we have to hang in there and plan our time carefully. But this is quite hard, when you start the week by being ill, like me. So right now I am super exhausted and absolutely looking forward to the weekend to take a rest and hopefully get healthy again. But you know what? I think I'm right here. :)

Outfit | Flower Neon Dress

Ich bin so froh, dass mein neues Zimmer Indoor-Outfit-Fotografie tauglich ist! Da ich drei Fenster habe und insgesamt alles sehr weiß und neutral gehalten habe, kann ich auch bei schlechtem Wetter oder wenn grad keine Person da ist die mich fotografieren kann, trotzdem schöne Fotos von meinen Outfits machen. Außerdem ist das doch eine sinnvolle Beschäftigung für meine Lernpausen... Meine Sorge, es nicht mehr so oft schaffen Fotos zu machen ist somit weg. Ich hoffe euch gefallen solche Indoor-Fotos genauso gut wie Outdoor-Fotos! :)
Außerdem möchte ich endlich mal 'ne Video Roomtour machen, aber leider sind so Einzelheiten noch nicht fertig und deshalb müssen wir wohl doch noch etwas damit warten ..
Jedenfalls trage ich dieses wunderschöne Kleid von Lashes of London! Ich finde die Farben so schön und die Neon-Details machen es zu was ganz Besonderem. Ich wünschte nur es wäre länger... deshalb werde ich es wohl eher im Herbst tragen zu einer Strumpfhose als im Sommer, ohne Strumpfhose. Da fühl ich mich einfach zu unwohl, wenn in jedem Moment ein kleiner Windstoß meinen Popö entblößen könnte. Also perfekt, dass es jetzt wohl kälter wird! (oder auch nicht ...)

I'm so happy that my new room is suitable for indoor-outfit-photos! As I have three windows and the overall look of my room is kept neutral in white, I can shoot outfits whenever I like! Even if the weather is bad or I dont have anyone to shoot me! And besides, its a great activity during learning breaks... mh. I hope you like those indoor-photos, too?
And seriously, I absolutely want to do a video roomtour, but at the moment there are still some small, pretty details missing and I should better wait until everything is perfect until I show you guys my new home. 
The dress is from Lashes of London by the way and I just love it! The colours and the print are lovely and the neon details make everything special and so perfect! I just wish it was a bit longer... thats why I will rather wear it when its colder with tights then in summer without tights. The risk of wind blowing up the whole thing is just too big... So great it's getting colder now. Or not....

Autumn/September Wishlist #1

autumn wishes
Wie schon öfter erwähnt, ist die Herbstzeit meine Lieblingszeit - also wenn es um Klamotten und Shopping geht! Im Herbst ist nämlich Layering angesagt und somit kann ich einfach alle meine Lieblingssachen übereinander tragen und es sieht trotzdem gut aus! :D
Diesen Herbst gibt es wieder jede Menge neue Trends die mir zusagen und dieses Mal kann ich mich echt nicht auf eine Stilrichtung festlegen. Zara geht es anscheinend genauso, denn von Preppy bis 90s Grunge über Barock ist diese Herbstkollektion echt alles mit dabei. Wenn Zara sich also nicht festlegen muss, dann muss ich das auch nicht und werde deshalb diesen Herbst ein wenig experimentieren habe ich mir vorgenommen.
Auf meiner ersten Wishlist für diesen Herbst/Winter befinden sich also nach aktuellem "Haben-Will"-Stand folgendes: Eine dunkelrot beschichtete Hose, ein Leder Skaterrock, ein dunkelblaues Jeanshemd, ein auffälliger, kuscheliger XXL Schal, Karierter Blazer oder Hose, ein paar neue Hemden mit crazy Muster, eine Biker-Jeanshose, hohe Stiefel und ein paar kuschelige Pullover, die ich über verschiedene Hemden tragen kann. 
Was davon alles wirklich bei mir zu Hause landet werdet ihr dann in Hauls sehen :)
Welches Trendstück für diese Saison wollt ihr euch noch unbedingt holen?

I already mentions a few times that autumn is my favourite time of the year - well at least when it comes to fashion. Autumn is about layering, that means I can wear all of my favourite items together and in still will look nice! :D
So again this autumn, there are a lot of new trends that I really like. And this time, I can not really decide for one style, as shops like ZARA offer so many different styles this season, from preppy to grunge to barock, that I deciceded to not decide and rather be experimental this season.
On my first wishlist for autumn you'll find: dark red coated pants, a leather skater skirt, a darkblue denim shirt, a cozy XXL Scarf, tartan blazer or pants, a few new shirts(preferably with prints), biker jeanspants, knee-high boots and a few warm pullovers that I can wear over my new shirts then :)
In upcoming haul-posts you will see what eventually really landed in my shopping bag.

Auf der NY FashionWeek wimmelt es zur Zeit ja von Crop Tops. Auch ich habe mich schon ein paar mal daran versucht - meistens aber zu einem hochgeschnittenen Rock. Dieses mal habe ich mein Crop Top zu meiner neuen high-waist Jeanshose ausprobiert. Ich wünschte jedoch, sie wär noch 1-2cm höher geschnitten, denn dann wäre mein Bauchnabel ganz bedeckt. Also generell mag ich den Look gerne, aber ich bin mir selbst noch nicht sicher ob das so ganz okay ist mit dem Bauchnabel. 
Mh. Was meint ihr?

At the NY FashionWeek you can spot some many styles including Crop Tops at the moment. Also I tried myself a few times wearing a crop top - but mostly I combined it to a high waist skirt. This time, I wore it with my new high-waist jeans, though. However, I wish they were like 1-2cm highe, as then they would cover my bellybutton completely. Thats why I'm quite indecisive about this look. I like it, but I'm not sure if it is okay that my bellybutton is showing..
Mh. What do you think?

Endlich Wochenende woop wooop! Die Woche war irgendwie mal wieder super stressig. Super viel zutun, zu lesen und zu rechnen. Aber so isses nunmal hier in Maastricht. Das Wochenende werde ich aber für ein paar neue Outfitbilder und evtl. für ein kleines Haul Video nutzen - eh abgesehen vom ganzen Unikram den ich noch erledigen muss.
Wie ihr also schon mitbekommen habt, ich krieg es nicht mehr wirklich hin mit den Alle-2-Tage Posts... ich werde mich also in Zukunft eher auf Qualität statt Quantität fokussieren und hoffe, dass ihr das okay findet. Es wird also mehr Outfitbilder geben und weniger so Collagen etc. da diese einfach unglaublich viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen und ich mir das zur Zeit einfach nicht leisten kann... Und all die Posts die ich immer wieder versprochen habe, werden auch noch folgen. I promise :)

Finally the weekend has arrived! The week has really been stressful - loads of reading and learning. But that's just how it is here in Maastricht. However, I'll spend the weekend to take some new outfit photos and perhaps Ill do a little haul video too - apart from doing uni-stuff of course. 
So as you might have noticed, my concept of posting every second day does not really work anymore but atm I just cant afford putting so much time into my blog. So from now on Ill rather focus on quality than quantity. I hope you're okay with that and all the posts I told you that I am planning on doing will definitely follow! I promise :)

Darf ich euch meinen neuen Schatzi vorstellen? Okay, er sieht so aus als hätte er schon viel durchgemacht in seinem Leben, aber dafür klebt er nicht so wie die anderen und lässt auch mal locker ...
Na wenn das mal nicht ein genialer Start für einen Post über eine Hose war ... Ehh ja. Jedenfalls liebe ich meine neue Boyfriend-Jeans von Mango. Ich komm zwar irgendwie recht spät damit, aber vorher habe ich einfach nie die perfekte BF-Jeans gefunden. Und da hinter den Löchern noch Stoff ist, kann man sie mit Boots und Kuschelpulli auch perfekt für den Herbst kombinieren.
Heute möchte ich euch aber zeigen wie man eine BF-Jeans alltagstauglich und etwas schicker für den Abend kombinieren kann. Zwei essentielle Key-Pieces der Outfits sind die Tasche und die Nietenheels die ich mir netterweise beim Onlineshop Jepo aussuchen durfte. Die Tasche habe ich mit dem casual Outfit kombiniert, da sie als Laptop/Handtasche perfekt für die Uni ist. Die Heels sind natürlich Bestandteil des Ausgeh-Looks - meine ersten spitzen Heels übrigens. Ich find sie ziemlich cool, nur durch die Nieten besteht auch ein wenig Selbstverletzungsgefahr - bei mir zumindest haha.

May I introduce you to my new bf? Okay, he kind of looks like he has already been through so much in his life, but he just doesnt latch onto me like the others and rather is keeping it loose...
What a great introduction for a post about jeans... eh okay. Anyway, I just love my new Boyfriend-Jeans. I know, I'm kind of late with that trend but I just did not find the perfect pair yet - until now. 
So today I want to show you, how to combine a BF-Jeans in a casual way and in a more chic way for a night out. Two essential key-pieces in my looks are the Bag and the studded heels, which I could choose from the online shop Jepo. The bag, which is also a laptop-bag is just perfect for uni and the heels give the night-outfit a special elegant touch - even though they have quite dangerous studs ;)

Jaaa, der Zara Schal aus meiner Herbst-Wishlist gehört nun mir! Und es ist einfach der kuscheligste und coolste Schal everrrr :) Bin also super happy damit und musste direkt mal ein paar Outfitbilder schießen - übrigens die ersten Bilder aus Maastricht, die nicht in meinem Zimmer entstanden sind. Naja okay, die Häuserwand könnte echt überall sein, aber das wär doch mal eine gute Idee für einen Post: Euch das wudnerschöne Maastricht zeigen? Zusammen mit der Celine vonElectricFeel habe ich eh geplant mal eine Postreihe über's Studieren im Ausland zu machen. Fändet ihr das cool? (Ja ich wieder mit meinen Versprechungen. Es dauert, aber es wird alles noch kommen ... :) 
Das asymmetrische Oberteil durfte ich mir übrigens bei FrontRowShop aussuchen, ich mags sehr gern! Danke!

Yeaaa, remember the Zara scarf from my autumn wishlist? It's mine now! And its just the coziest, nicest scarf ever! I just love it and therefore had to take some outfit pictures for you - the first pictures from Maastricht that I didnt take in my room by the way. Well, okay, this house could be anywhere but this brings me to a nice post idea: Showing you beautiful Maastricht! Together with Celine from ElectricFeel, I wanted to do a post series about studying abroad anyway. Would you like that?
